Are you allowed to walk around with those?

You can walk around with them around where I live. Strange thing is, people don't seem to take much fear in knives as they do with guns.

Is there a limit to the size of the blade? I think it's two inches here. It's not allowed to lock into place either.

I've got a decent kitchen knife I use to slice vegetables btw.

I'm not much of a knife person but a large percentage of my family lives in either West Virginia or Colorado, so they're all about the wilderness and I've seen some insane pocket knives

In CA only switchblades, butterfly knives, dirks, and daggers aren't allowed unless you're on a school campus or federal property, then it's a little more strict.

Only with switchblades.

The crazy thing with the Kershaw is that its as effective as a switchblade without the actual mechanism.

Went to sit down and watch Netflix the other day and I felt something hard poking me. Got up and pulled out the couch cushion and found a machete.

Yep.

i used to have some random knives like that which i stole from walmart when i worked there (yea, i know, save the lecture, i don't do that kind of **** anymore). but they never really did come in handy except when i had to open an odd box here and there. i just thought they looked cool, i like the feel of them. i mean if you live in an urban area really a knife is not a good weapon to be carrying around a lot of the time. you basically just improve your chances of getting stabbed by carrying that kind of **** around. if you're going to get a weapon might as well get a gun.

a friend of my brother's here out in the country has a ton of knives and ****, and he has like a shotgun and a hunting rifle under his bed. he's not a violent kid or a hunter or anything like that. his redneck family just gives him weapons as christmas presents lol
