Yes. I guess it's for people who feel nature has not given them the eyebrows they want and it's too much work to pick at'em or draw them repeatedly or whatever, so they opt for a more permanent solution.

I'm not much for fakery in general. If I have a daughter in the future, I am sure I will worry about all the pressures in society telling her things like how her eyebrows or breasts should be. It makes people feel uncomfortable in their own skin. Suddenly they have to turn the lights off when they have sex or they refuse to take their clothes off in the shower before they enter the public pool. And then I have to have sex in the dark and swim in smelly dick water. I mean, society suffers.
