oh and i dunno who you hang out with, but men don't stink and women smell good because they perfume the shit out of themselves....besides, i'm a smoker and can't smell shit anyways...

Its something I've never quite got, why people want to have so much in common with a partner. It must be something that depends on personality. Another part of why I like women so much is that they're DIFFERENT to me. They don't think about things in the same way, they have different motivations, different views, different insights and come up with a lot of thoughts I'd never have got to alone. With men, its true, we do have much more in common and this means that so much of what other guys say is something I've probably already thought of - and vice versa.

And women smell best when they've just been to the gym and are smelling of girl-sweat:love: Its not the perfume...

well, after living with 3 women for 23 years, i have to say that i don't think they think very much differently than men. and i don't quite understand why you would not want someone that thinks the same way you do. i think it would create a lot of communication problems....but maybe friction is what you like...*shurgs*

In a way. If I see a sprinter wandering around with that clingy lycra on then I often think, "wow, if I were built like that I'd be able to run really fast", likewise, when I see a male model or movie star then I might make a mental note of what constitutes 'male beauty', as I figure that its important for me to know this. It is something that I've had to learn, because my root nature just tells me that men are ugly and that women are pretty (apart from those who look masculine), to quite a severe degree.

well that's something i never understood. most men in fact think men are ugly, which in turn means they find themselves ugly and repulsive. that's not a very healthy attitude. i like my body thankyouverymuch and wouldn't want to be a woman. isn't that the end result of your obsession with the female form? that you would in fact preffer to be one? heheh*twists words*

Well, I think they do think differently to men - they certainly behave differently a lot of the time - and well 'friction' isn't really a good decription of my communication with people who think differently to me (not from my perspective anyway) I can continue a friendly argument or misuderstanding for hours without getting remotely agitated.

However, at the moment I can't continue it as the gym must be visited before band practise and band pratise is just two hours away!

Ciao for now.

ok, just a final thought then. you visit the gym? i see, so you are in fact full of shit when you say the male body is repulsive because i would say you go to the gym for yourself, so you can look better to yourself rather than to others and you do in fact appreciate the well built male body. which in the end makes you gay.....thank you and good night.;)

I wouldn't be unhappy being a lesbian (as long as I were a fit one with fit lesbian friends). However, although I don't think I'm attractive - you're right about that - I really like having male abilities and wouldn't choose to lose them at the expense of finding myself attractive, which isn't a big issue to me anyway. Also, I like that fact that if an ugly man did try to force himself upon me I could quite easily deck him, not so easy for a woman to do.

That's a good point, although again, I'm just going to go for cardio exercise, to keep my heart healthy, to stop me from getting fidgety at work and to increase my fitness for singing. I'd go running, but the streets are concrete and would eventually destroy my knees, plus its raining.

Also, there are some very nice girls at the gym!
