kay so last night i was all disappointed cuz my friends pretty much bailed on me
i was supposed to be staying over at their house
they were the ones who invited me
& it didnt work out so i was in a pissy mood since then & i was supposed to go along with the rest of my family to some cavern that i didnt want to go to
but my mom & i talked about it & she decided to not make me go if i didnt want to (i just wasnt in the mood for being around people that i absolutely HAVE to socialize with)
so she took me to the movies
& i had a fun time
& i got a stephen king book & a push pop & a salad from burger king
then when we come home whats on our answering machine?
a message from my friend asking me if i wanted to go to the movies with her
she called at 2

Missed Doctor Who because it was on early because of Eurovision.

Yesterday, (Saturday), I went to work for 4 hours to cover for a guy who had vacation.

When I came home, my daughter's friends were coming over for a sleepover, so my son and I skeedaddled. Too many girls in one place. Loud and shrieky. LOL.

So, we went out and goofed around and did guy stuff. So, we stopped and got a couple of sodas, and I had two bucks left over so I said "Let me get two scratch off tickets".

Luke won 28 bucks!!! LOL. So, we went to the pet store and he picked out a couple of parakeets, and I picked up the tab for the cage and food and all the other gear. He paid 28, I got nailed for 60!!!LOL. That's ok though, he's a good kid, and since his fish died, he never complained about not having a room pet. (My kids have always had their own personl little 'room pets' as we call them. Fish, hermit crabs, etc.)

So anyway, we get home, set up the cage, catch heat from Mom about it for about an hour or so. We always do.

Then, I took Juli (my daughter), and all her little friends o the baseball field and pitched at least 5 buckets of ball to them. My arm is killing me now.

^What a Dad!^

Yes, it was an exceptionally good day. We don't too many like that. Most days, it's a few hours in the evening. There are stretches when we communicate by leaving notes on the counter. LOL. Schedules!!!

That's very American of you. I would rather be told about the chores I'm supposed to be doing in notes, as it seems now that I am only told in shouts. It's my fault though. I like living in a mess.

My plans for today

Avoid my sister because i`ve still not bought her a birthday card.

TrampInaTux 05-21-2006 01:24 AM

I'm going to my Step Moms, and I'm going to ask about whether my girl can come to the Christening. She mentioned it before, but I never took her up on the offer. Now I'm hoping that the offer is still there. I'm sure she'll say yes, and if she says no then I will have to smuggle her in...
