First day on the job today - learned that I will be spending my days converting old documents that are archived in the old company database to a newer database, and then redrawing all the accompanying images in AutoCAD to be saved to the new database with the appropriate document.

Woke up today at around 2, with smoke alarms blaring and smoke billowing under my door. Wouldn't you know it, my living room was on fire. I had some candles lit and for got to put them out, and those caused my plasma orb to explode. My bookshelf caught fire, fell over, now the floor was on fire. My parents were flipping out, my cat's tail was all big, and I was still drowsy and scared. My living is destroyed, the walls and floor are charred. Bogus.

That's too bad, man. Glad you and your family are alright, though.

Good day work wise with lots more coming so I'm really looking forward to payday this Friday. To celebrate I decided to go to the gym for the first time in three weeks and I can already start to feel my muscles cramping, the next few days are going to be brutal but it's a reminder that I need to start going more frequently, which I can thankfully do because school is out.

It was a blast. Managed to get in fo free, and score a free T shirt. And yeah, I got drunk.
