Maybe you can appeal that to the court or a solicitor.

Yes, she is medicated and is required to go to therapy. And yes, she was granted full physical and legal custody of our child in the divorce. I couldn't so much as bring up her bi-polar as she would bring up my epilepsy. Tit for tat, but neither were supposedly relevant in the eyes of the law.

I guess every court is different (though I've read cases on forums about bi-polar losing custody because of common actions expected to occur with the disorder). I only assumed by the impulsive spending that she wasn't stable. Perhaps she hasn't done anything of greater concern? I'm guessing not.

Epilepsy isn't the same. It doesn't trigger moods because of the mentality, and cases where bi-polar is an excuse resembles a lack of control, which becomes dangerous (and is the most common case of mental dilemma).

What if I may ask, granted her full custody?

Epilepsy isn't same. It doesn't stress and mess the mentality (where the moods are triggered from) and cases where bi-polar is an excuse resembles a lack of control, which becomes dangerous. But I'm guessing she hasn't done anything else of greater concern in regards.

Funny coincidence, the same medications that are used for bi-polar are also used for epilepsy. I tried to have an agreement between the two of us that neither of our conditions were to be brought up in court, but she apparently prefers to air her dirty laundry out in public

The bullsh*t small county judge. He and her father were buddies for 20 years and on election committees together. He may as well have been the hand of God in this case.

Medication doesn't fix it. It's only used to stabilise your moods so you can have space without the stress to work on the psychological triggers.

People were reported to remain stable after extensive therapy where medication was ceased by working on their behaviour. It wasn't a cure, as it's permanent, and those moods will reoccur if triggers come back.

Perhaps there's very little point with this in your case. Just a suggestion. I hope it'll work out regardless.

Today was rather a creepy day. On facebook (with my FPK name), I sometimes have conversations that don't last that long (good for me). I usually post tons of videos from Music to my native suff of CONGO. I have my group of people on World Music. So I do those.

But today, I had a pretty interesting conversation. So I talked to this girl and I thought that she was a either a 30 or 40 year old woman (Most of female FB friends are old, good for me). Nope I was way off. She got piss and told me that she was 20 years old. Damn, she looks much older than that. Well to me, anyway. Then she wanted to know who I really was. So I told where I lived and my age (19 years old). Then I promised her that I will give a few real photos of me. She says, "baby please. I want to see the real you, baby." I said, "Je t'aime" (I love you). Before I know it, we had a sexual talk and we giving each other sexual words together.

It was a interesting conversation.
