I had to wake up early on a Sunday(Easter Sunday at that) to go to work. I came home, excercised, and now I'm relaxing

It's anecdotal evidence. You can't know whether or not it's bad, so it should be treated with suspicion. So as far as I am concerned anecdotal evidence can often be worse than no evidence at all since "no evidence" isn't generally misleading in the way that anecdotal evidence can be. If you wanna use anecdotal evidence to decide which restaurant to go to then fine, but if you wanna use it to decide something as important and life changing as whether or not you get medical treatment for CANCER then perhaps you should be left to your Darwin Award.

Found out today that an on-line musician friend passed away from Cancer.

Really tough news Plankton. Was he sick for long or was it one of those suddenly-diagnosed things? Either way, really sad.
