Usually a few days a week I don't see the sun much. It can mess with ur head especially when u wake up n don't know what day it is or mornibg or nite. Solution is to smoke meth n never sleep

Had a day off and didn't do **** but watch TV. I called off on Monday and was concerned...because we can call off 10 times in a 12 month period, and due to weather, the flu, and being too depressed to get out of bed, I would be at 9.25 "occurrences" out of the ten.

They gave me no occurrence, and a schedule change, to work tomorrow.

I really don't know how I have no write-ups right now; I got counted off for professionalism during a call, and was essentially a no call no show when I had food poisoning.

My QA is not as good as it should be, and I thought I'd be fired for the no call no show deal.

I'm just super-stressed about work right now...

not sure what kind of job/class schedule you have that allows that but it must be a pretty good schedule!

Yeah, I do that but it's only because I have to get up to feed my children.
If I don't get up they will wake me up.

I have been sleeping really weird lately though.

I will take an afternoon nap wake up at 5pm eat dinner and go to lay down around 8pm to watch tv then fall asleep again to wake up at midnight and stay up for two hours in plug and go back to sleep to wake up at 6am.

It's ridiculous. Literally every time I wake up it's between ten to five or anywhere in between (never six). My body clock is well out of joint. I do take a lot of medication, two of which is sedating.

I really like your new trend! I would take more meds to get me through to 12pm.

Do you even have anywhere to be that early? Like is that a good time for you to constantly be waking up or do you just go back to bed and sleep for an hour or two more?

Yeah medication will do that to you though also I recommend that everyone takes at least one nap a day if they can fit it in. It feels so great to do that.

Nope, I don't start class each day until 1pm. I have a owner of the local supermarket wanting me to do a few hours earlier in the day. It would make me get a better routine. I really like customer service, you get to meet really cool people. On the other hand I could take a packed lunch and do study at the public library first.

I used to nap while I did my degree in between classes because I lived on campus. How long do you nap for? What is the official amount that is enough to nap?
