I went to a 'free' marriage counselor, you know, the kind with the one way mirror?
And ended up being attacked because, out of the blue, I wasn't holding my children 'close enough' to me. ???
I mean, ranting for about 5 minutes about it. Christ. I held them for dear life after that.

I'm not 'attacking' anyone, I'm warning them, through experience. 'Free' ? They should have paid me to go into that room.


Even the other 'student in training' was looking embarassed.
And the one attacking me called the next day to apologize.

Just saying. Psychotherapy is great, if you get a good person.
Free **** is worth what you paid for it, much like this forum.

I had a therapist when I was about 19-20; on my third session I told her about my eating disorder and she looked at me and said "well, you're just gonna have to face it, girl, y'ain't fat!"
