What a terrible day.

Before leaving, I tried to contact the hotel to make sure the reservations were still Ok. I called the number multiple times with zero answer from anyone. NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE THAT WORKED AT THE HOTEL!!!!

So then I noticed that on the paper work that their front desk closes at eight.. it also said the front desk was open... so why was no one answering? Anyway, with the front desk closing at a specific time, I had to jump in the truck with my partner way ahead of schedule to ensure that we'd have a place to sleep tonight. If we even had a place to sleep. The lack of phones being answered concerned me that they had closed.

Then while on the road a truck in front of me had a trailer with a pickup bed on it. The pickup bed came loose from its straps and fell off the truck. I had to swerve out of the way into the grass that's separating the road.

We got to the hotel, they were open and had our reservations. We had ten minutes to go before they closed.

You think your day was bad? My psycho ex girlfriend is in town and she asked if I had a spare room or if i knew anyone with a spare room for her and the guy she cheated on me with because she has no money for a hotel.

For the record, I told her I don't and asked why she's broke again.

Did you screw her? Be honest. Did you?

I was with her for 4 years, so yes.

This time though?

Oh.no no. She texted me. I haven't seen her in over a year.

Pfft. That's not too bad.

You have my permission to throw my "anal tapeworm analogy" in her face next time she has the audacity.

I could use a good laying though if ya know what I mean.
