i used to watch porn every now and then for years but it's become an everyday thing since last december i think.

yes, i find i get bored with things very quickly and stuff that used to get me off does nothing for me now.

It's good that you picked up on it now because that's definitely not healthy sexual behavior. If you can't just stop cold turkey, you should start by working on self control, watching realistic porn, or just getting off without the porn stimulus. Bombarding your brain with that much porn can rewire what arouses you and may make it difficult to be aroused by future partners. Food for thought, I don't need an answer, but do you still get morning wood?

Nofap and just doing your own research can help you more than any of us giving advice because you know exactly what you're going through. Best thing I can tell you is to stay busy and try to recognize when you have urges because youre bored vs horny. You can also try the 5 minute rule, if you get the urge try doing something else for 5 minutes and see if the urge goes away. I'm sorry I can't give you anything more solid.
