Woke up at 7:00 today. Took the dogs for their walks and business. Then fed them and the cat. Washed a sink full of dishes, did some laundry and some cleaning up. Linda's in Boston right now so I'm on my own.

About an hour later I get hit with this bad wave of nausea and I have to lay down. For the next 5 hours I'm hugging the pocelain god every 30 minutes and rejecting the simple glass of water I was trying to keep down.

(PSA: If you realize that puking is inevitable, down a glass of water. Avoids the painful experience of dry heaves.)

About mid-afternoon it totally passed and I've been feeling great, albeit weak as ****, ever since. Have no clue what it was.
