Actually Obama, if you really want to acknowledge why black unemployment is down look to Obama and polices like "My Brother's Keeper" while Trump has never put forth any policy that ever had anything to do with employing black people.

The economic growth Trump walked into, no matter how much you want to give that credit to Trump, was actually Obama.
