I felt depressed like the old days this morning. Then at work I cramped and felt sharp pain all over my body. Have you ever seen that “depression hurts” ad on TV? I didn’t even get high or listen to music. But I feel better now. I don’t know what happened. My brain just collapsed or something.

My dad had another heart attack [like his 8th one], and had to have another surgery. A triple balloon angioplasty and some stints. It happened earlier this week and he waited until now to tell me. Said he didn't want to worry me. Fuck.
