You realize that if I'm rude to somebody and they don't come back, it actually hurts business right? If you're rude to a customer, Bats, they can just go to another Burger King. It literally doesn't matter.

That's why you should sell crack instead of records

Frownland 04-01-2020 12:38 PM

Just think of all of the money he can make off of Lipsmack Magoo with those pulp novels later on though.

I think you can tell the actually valuable customers from the useless chaff. Suburban professionalism culture is brainwashing, dude.

Wasn't the comic book guy from the Simpsons always rude to customers? You have to make the customers feel that you're doing them a favor by selling them crap, and never let them forget that they are utterly unvalued and expendable. That's the key to a successful business my man.

No, that's how you treat the workers.

You're talking to a guy who successfully sells used records, books, CDs, and DVDs, for a profit, in one of the most expensive areas of the country to own a business, in a time where none of those things are mainstream entertainment, so shut the f*ck up I know what I'm doing.

The Batlord 04-01-2020 12:50 PM

**** a successful business. I'd rather just have someplace to hangout that ekes by on the customers I don't think deserve abuse.
