I know what people put up with because I've almost started fights.

1) Some people are too dumb to know when you're making fun of them.

2) A lot of people do not like jokes about kidnapping children.

I used to be a real dick head at work. I made two different coworkers quit because one wouldn't do anything and it'd all get stuck on me and the other would blame everybody else for his ****.

Yeah see there's no way to make everyone work like a good team. The only way for that is to pay everyone more. My way is to mock the entire process because it's going to happen as it's going to happen so just have your fun where you can. Improvements are impossible so don't try. Just treat the entire process as if it's illegitimate. Because it is. And you'd be surprised by just how many people flock to that even if they can't truly grock it.

Actually, that's totally bull**** because I did improve our department drastically. That's why they wanted me to be supervisor.

Edit: Same thing happened at Uinta, actually. Not because of me, but they got everyone to work like a good team in multiple areas after getting rid of ****ty workers that made work suck for everybody else.

How much were they willing to pay you? I mean I work in fast food so improvements are only so meaningful but working in a booze factory might be more meaningful, but was it worth the money they were offering?

Bull**** but I had bills and didn't want to be homeless. Getting the workplace to run smoothly was much more tolerable to having everybody leave me with everything at night and getting threatened to be fired for not being able to get it done before I had to catch the last train back home.

I already know how ridiculous the process was and openly mocked it all the time especially for all I had to go through just to get keep that job but you also don't understand, well, bills. Me and my friend had a 5 bedroom house somehow.

Edit: It wasn't the Brewery I did all the **** for but, yeah, working for the Brewery or working for a company you can actually take pride in is something that is much more rewarding than some bull**** you don't care about.

So in other words they used you to keep the company functioning but didn't pay you any more than they had to like you were just some slave who was willing to do everything they wanted you to do and it gave you satisfaction so you did it anyway. Congratulations. You were underpaid and took pride in a hard days work that profitted someone else way more than you were paid.
