Lower back is killing me.
I just want to chill and watch some cartoons but I've been on the floor forever now doing stretches that kinda help but not fully.
Whenever I stop working out for a few days I get those back issues. It's ****ing annoying.

Not that high.
I used to have it worse in my early twenties and I'm in pretty good shape lately.
But hey, I'm just 33, so I'll probably be pretty miserable later on.
