I had a good start, slept well at night, woken up early, ate breakfast, continued with the artwork. Done laundry, cleaning the house, took a shower. Ate lunch, posted a few recommendations on yorkdaddy thread. I had a nap but didn't rest enough I was overthinking. I was overthinking and worrying this whole week especially at night.
