I was at the gf's last night so I woke up there this morning. We went out for breakfast, then I helped her get some groceries. We then went on a downloading spree. I saw her to work. And now here I am.

I have my last final in 8 hours and I'm just now starting to study :\

^ had my last final at 4pm earlier today. i didn't study one bit. :D

All mine are within 4 days of each other at the start of the first week. I got a bad deal.

Yesterday I got up at 5 30am, bought a farfisa VIP-400 combo organ on ebay, caught the train to the city. Then I did all my winter shopping in the two hours before work, got some nice calvin klein jeans that cost a penny. Worked for a while. Hung out with my GF. Had dinner at a nice japanese restaurant looking out onto the city. Then I saw star trek which pleased my inner geek immensely. then I went to my GF's friend"s apartment to sleep. It was a pig sty, I never want to see an inhabited place that filthy again, it made my flesh crawl.

I'm going to be moving out to the city with my aforementioned girlfriend in 31 days.

I did some work this morning towards this presentation I've got to do about the miner's strike of '84. Pretty interesting stuff. I've basically been lazing about ever since. I've got a few tons of assignment stuff to get through over the weekend, so I might as well take the chance to do nothing while I still have it.

I tried to update my avatar and failed at life in the process. When will this be fixed? I cannot live like this!

hmm. yesterday after seeing atmosphere in london i made a pathetic, hungover attempt at sex with a long time friend and immediatly regretted it. then spent about an hour in a hotel shower trying to get it to stop spinning. after taking a vicious whiskey and subway **** i proceeded to drive 4 hours back home and comatose until today. great day yesterday

Yesterday was a whirlwind of explosive vomiting, in-car spiders, way too much drama, a hike for the holy grail of Taco Bell (not my choice,) high-grade pharmaceuticals, getting lost in our own town, exactly one screaming mother, motion sickness, and finally sleep.

Today consisted of randomly going to a Blues DeVille concert at the fairgrounds (they did some John Lee Hooker tunes really nicely and their original stuff was good, I'm going to see if I can't find anything else on this band), cleaning my friend's house, not knowing what the hell the plan is, meeting new people, going to the bar and shooting some pool, Mother's Day present shopping, more of those pharmaceuticals, too much driving, some scorage of the green persuasion, freaking out promgoers, and now I'm home, typing this.

Gotta love the weekend.
