Slightly weird day here .. Got woken up at 8 in the morning by someone shouting and screaming for help. Me and the GF got out of bed and walked out of the apartment complex to find out where it was coming from, then we heard it came from the window of our neighbours who we don't really know. We went back in and knocked on the door and this angry boyfriend opened. My GF asked to see the girl who was shouting and screaming to make sure everything was alright and then the boyfriend who was from some ethnic minority got upset with us claiming we assumed he smacked his girlfriend around just because he belonged to an ethnic minority.

It was pointless trying to explain to him that "eh, no - we didn't even know you were from an immigrant background before you opened the door and the reason we came is because your girlfriend sounds like she's being murdered by you". Instead, we just left and she came over a little later and said she was sorry for disturbing and waking us up.

Today's lesson : Next time, I'll just call the police. :p

It's the holy race weekend in Indy, combined with graduation, so there have been parties every night since our last day of school. Now I'm just counting down the days until commencement, and then I'm free from high school!

Congrats on graduation! ... and congrats on getting to party. Hope you plan to stay sloshed all summer. =)

My day is kind of wasting away, and it's really pretty out. I've been sitting at the computer for nearly 3 hours, but at least I've been able to listen to some good albums (first listens), made some posts I'd been putting off, and generally been in a good mood while doing so. Now I need to pay some bills which I don't mind doing while listening to music, and then probably head out for some grocery shopping. Sunny days are good, and we should have plenty of it all weekend and into next week. I love Seattle summers, the weather can be so perfect! :love:
