Dude, it's just five minutes of your life. Just do it, use mouth wash, and go about your life.

Ok considering that alternative... nope still not gonna happen.

Wish I could elaborate more, but I can't. Just wanted to vent that out.

Right now I have friends and family all around the world in various countries - a lot of my friends are actually on teaching assignments in other countries, mostly in Europe, but a few are teaching English in Korea and Japan - so I get to hear about all their experiences with learning the languages and cultural customs. It's interesting!

I had the chance to take a 2 week trip to the Balkans in high school, but my parents didn't want to pay for it
Yeah, the company paid for my ticket and they pay for my food and accommodation. However, I earn only 422 dollars a month and I work 6 days a week. But it's really fun.

You really didn't miss anything not visiting the Balkans. I have lived there for 24 years and there's not much to see

Today while I was with my mother she bought up the subject of Christmas presents.
So I made a point of ordering my own and letting her & the family take care of the bill....

The Decade Box . Homepage . LateNight Tales

Bet i'll end up paying half

After 2 months of strict austerity I've splashed out on a cheeseburger this dinner time. I've also bought aome pork pies for some suppers. That might not sound like a great spending splurge but it sure felt like one. Next week when I've paid the last 100 squid of the 300 I took out of my savings back I'll be spending like no body's business. Mainly on apps and a premium Spotify account.

Eating pumpkin pie with your morning black coffee is a fantastic way to start the day. Now a few minutes to relax before I have to get ready for work.

Late Night Tales is a series of compilations that have been released periodically over the last 10 years. Each band chosen picks the tracklisting and also records a cover for it (E.G. Flaming Lips covered Seven Nation Army, MGMT covered a Bauhaus song).

Although it looks pretty indie/electronica orientated the stuff people pick is a pretty eclectic mix. I forget who it was but I seem to remember one artist put 9 to 5 by Dolly Parton on his compilation.

I already have a few of them, I think the Fourtet compilation is the best one I've heard so far.

Sometimes I feel the same way about Canada... I don't know why people want to visit and see things. Or maybe I've just become indifferent towards reasons why tourists want to come to Toronto (especially) because I know the whole city inside out and think that there's nothing left to see.

I meet lots of people from different countries while going about my day though, and it's always really interesting.
