F*ck that. Move to Mexico and take a siesta. Seriously, they really do it. Drive through TJ around noon and you'll see hoards of Mexicans napping in whatever shade they can find.

+1 for naps, I do that **** daily.

I also am regularly up at 4am for work and never tuck in before midnight so my sleep cycle is fulfilled in shifts.
