Smoked my last bowl yesterday.
From today on I'm gonna lead an active life.
Was still too lazy to do some important stuff that needs to be done, but at least I went outside, exercised and cleaned my flat a little.
Planning on jogging tomorrow but that's a big maybe.

Same here last Friday night... or Saturday night. I forget. But I've just got too much **** going on to do all that AND let weed make me unmotivated.

It's not a big problem for me to put the bong aside, but it's usually because I had to study or work, which is not the case now. Feels strange.

When you go jogging or exercising in general really, sing. I know, it sounds really weird, but it works. Pop in some headphones, put on your favorite tunes, and sing as you exercise. It helps to build lung capacity, forces the body to take in more air, and it distracts the mind from the task, which is really helpful. I know it sounds weird, just do it. Why do you think the military calls cadences when we run? Same concept.
