We are currently in a sellers market so you have to do that. Buyers will come in and if you only offer asking other buyers will show up with a better offer and will be doing it in straight up cash. It's crazy when you start to get into look at houses. I would honestly put off on getting a house for the next year or two and wait for mortgage rates to level off a bit. There are also insane at the moment.

10,000 sqft.

3br/1bath/1half bath

Plus dining room, living room, a sweet little sun room, a tiny office, and the attic is really well done so we can technically have a space up there if we choose.
