Ah, well what I meant was what if you had met and got on well with his stepdad? Murderers aren't necessarily *******s all of the time. About the emotional ties, its correct although I think it depends on how often you saw that person.

For example, there was a girl who I studied with at A-level when I was 17 and 18 and in some of the classes we were the only two students who turned up so we did a lot of work together, I kind of fancied her and she probably fancied me more. We never did anything about it though, then we both went to different unis, she started going out with one of my friends, suddenly she got some kind of cancer and then 6 months later she died. Strange thing is, I tend to completely forget that she's dead and somehow it never sank in or really upset me.

In comparison, the kid who sat behind me at school when I was 11/12/13 and went to my swimming club got himself squashed by a truck and although I didn't like this guy it really got to me, because I was so used to him being there sat me and annoying me with his stupid voice.

Hmmm, I don't know why I just wrote that as its not really constructive. Anyway, hope its of some use to you. The point was: see somebody a lot (whether you like them or not) their death is upsetting. Don't have much contact with somebody that you really like and they die, its not always so upsetting.

And I hope the stepdad (if he did it) gets what he deserves too!

I'm not reporting on today, today is deathly boring, but yesterday I got to break up a fight (caused by a tshirt reading "homosexuals are gay"), almost got stabbed in a seperate incident (I have a very friendly hometown), was intoxicated for a fair amount of the day, and was evacuated from the cinema because one of the projector rooms had a fire.

I went over to my ex's house in a ghetto of town for a "booty call" situation and as I was leaving at midnight some black guys came up to me at car and asked for a ride somewhere and I was just like "I'm already late to get home" and I jumped in my car and sped off. It was a bit frightening. I was convienced I was gonna get jumped for my car. Today I'm going to my old high school's football game. Its between two rival schools and there's a drumoff at the end, should be fun.

My day has consisted of cursing at this computer because it can't install Diablo II, and watching T.V. now I'm debating on whether to open up my new pack of guitar strings just to get a B string out or wait until I steal one from my friend, I'm thinking the opening of the pack is more reasonable right now since I've got a bunch of extras at my house. And tomorrow I'm going to see my dad so that's going to be fun.

And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead.
