Today is my 5th day at the occupation of the University in protest of cuts. I slept at home on Tuesday night so I was fresh for Wednesdays protest but apart from that a bed has been a strange sight.

Life is good. I'm wearing a poncho.

I think poncho's are just about as annoying as umbrella's.
I'd rather get wet.
But please, do enjoy your stay in your poncho

Today was... Quite allright.
There's some friends of me who are not feeling great, I feel sad for them.
But me? I'm allright.
I bought tickets to the Lowlands festival this morning (55.000 tickets sold out in 2,5 hours, I was really, really lucky), I helped my niece put winter tyres on her car, I had dinner with my parents (nice, didn't have to cook for myself!) and now I'm listening to Kenny Dorham while enjoying a beer.

It's 2:49am now, i should really go to bed after I finish my beer.
I have to be in the nearby town of Sittard tomorrow to help someone who's going to start giving Salsa lessons in his home. He needs speakers and I'm there to advise him what to buy and how to place them.
It's one of those guys who 'doesn't want large speakers'.
*sigh*
He can have whatever he wants, but you do need a large cabinet to get some bass, can't help that. We'll see. I think I'm going to advise him b&o redlines. They are small, designish, sound pretty good and are reasonably cheap to buy. I'll see what I can do.

Nopeee. Samsung, totally waterlogged.

I barely used it though besides the occasional call, but it was sure useful :/. Whatever, guess I'll have to mooch off other people's phones for a while.

Everybody, I've hit a new low. I signed up for a Dictionary.com account because my "you could be so much better, you slob!" complex in my brain was nagging at me because I need to expand my vocabulary. Oh well, at least I'd get satisfactory english marks!

Is that a new low? I'm signed up for a pod cast called podictionary, that explains the etymology to one word every week. You might wanna check it out. I think it's fun.

I then forgot to defrost my car thus losing more time. In college there were f**k-all people to hang out with because everyone seemed to be studying at home and i got stuck talking for ages in a boring conversation with someone i kinda hate. I also drank a horrible, cold cup of coffee. In general i was just in a ****ty, stressful mood all day, my only consolation was getting 80% in an assignment. There's only a few more weeks left in this semester but i still have 4 exams to get ready for and when i finish those i'm going for out for one hell of a piss-up.
Ahh, the joys of not having christmas exams :P
