Name: Chula Vista
Position: Busker
Age: 45
Status: Deceased
First Appearance: Hey Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?
Last Appearance: The Levee Breaks

It was a real case of “the wrong place at the wrong time” in season six, when Chula, busking outside the Second National Bank, was unfortunate enough to see the face of one of the bank robbers as they fled from the scene. Identified by the bank's outside CCTV, he was called in as a witness and thus began his two-season new identity in the WitPro as Robert Page III, an out-of-work guitarist running a sauna for gay men. This situation produced many of the comedy nuggets of season seven and eight, including That's Not a Plectrum!, Steamy Stan and one of the best-loved episodes, Guerillas in the Mist, in which Chula inadvertently hires out the sauna to an entire revolutionary army on manoeuvres!

However the story arc had to come to an end, and it did, in season six's penultimate episode, The Levee Breaks, when Chula, faced with the prospect of his hero, Jimmy Page, (in a cameo role: he had always said he loved the original show and a chance for even a bit part in the reboot was too good to turn down) being shot by the gang in a case of mistaken identity, jumps in front of the bullet and sacrifices himself, as we all knew he would one day, for dad rock.

Rumours abounded for a year or so about a possible return, since we never actually saw Chula die, but the actor himself scotched this gossip last year, by saying “I had a blast during my time on the show, but it's time to move on, let younger blood take over. I wish all the cast and staff the very best. Keep on climbing that Stairway to Heaven!”

In a nod to his alter-ego on the show, he now signs all his emails, FB posts and tweets as “RP3”.

Trollheart is like Shakespeare, he kills off his characters when he's done with them.

Name: Roxy
Position: Princess of Hell
Age: Indeterminate (and don't be impertinent, asking a lady her age!)
Status: Immortal
First Appearance: Fever!
Last Appearance: Come Down and See Me Sometime...

It was halfway into season six when this little firebrand appeared on our screens, but was it worth the wait! Originally introduced as nothing more than a love interest in Goofle's life, it was revealed at the end of the season that she was in fact a Hellian, a Princess of the Dark who had been sent by Satan himself to track down and eliminate the insolent Batlord, who was posing as Him. Initially repulsed by Batty, and eager to carry out her orders, Roxy soon fell for him and for the next season and a half we were witness to a smouldering romance that resulted in a shift to a later timeslot after numerous letters of disapproval and the threat of withdrawal by several advertisers.

With the power of a dozen ninjas (I said N-I-N-J-A-s!) and a body to kill and die for, Roxy was the perfect foil for The Batlord and together they raised the ratings (as well as other things, if the fan forum is to be believed!) and created their own little piece of history with the first ever televised kiss in Hell. As Roxy prepared to face the music for having not located and destroyed the Batlord, he gallantly agreed to turn himself in .... only to shock viewers at the end of season eight when he grinned, spoke those immortal words “Later, bitch!” and fled back to the Surface, leaving her to Satan's tender mercies.

As Roxy's fate was never officially confirmed, and as she is after all immortal, speculation has been rife that she may return to the series in the future. Trollheart will not be drawn, simply replying when asked (and he is often asked) the question with an enigmatic “We'll see. Anything can happen. I'm not saying it will happen, but it can.”
