And trump doesn't fall under those.

You should. What you're saying is like calling all extreme metal bands death metal.

So should I call everyone who's registered as a Democrat a liberal?

Also I understand it was a joke even if you agree with the sentiments.

I agree with certain MRA points, but mostly because I think the social pendulum that was previously on the misogynist side (before the 60s I guess) has swung too far to the other side to an extent and, at least in the marketplace of ideas, men's issues are largely ignored or marginalized. However I do not think that that equates to inequality, but just an equal and opposite reaction that is temporarily shafting men in some ways.

But in general the MRA's that I've seen are butthurt whiners.

Nah, Republicans are like post-grunge to conservatism's Nirvana.

It all falls under the same umbrella, yes. Give or take a few differences.

I'm by no way a political or social conservative by the way. I have more Libertarian/An-Cap leanings, but since I don't see Trump as a particularly conservative guy I think it is a fair comment.

But Trump is quintessentially conservative if we go by his policy

No, he's really not. Most conservatives, like myself, feel his polices are too far left leaning.

Well yes. I'm not saying things specifically as would deter from my initial thought process. I'm only implying that most beliefs that come from liberals have the tendency to fall on the Democratic side. I don't disagree with you at all, I'm just explaining myself.
