I've been trying to take it easy on my shoulder the past three weeks, which is why I haven't done any streaming, but I'm still not 100% at all. I'll probably give it another week or two before I try doing anything to put more stress on it than I have to. I honestly haven't been playing any video games that require more than a mouse recently.

Unless I need surgery then I doubt a doctor would be able to do anything to make this **** magically go away. I'd probably go home with some painkillers and end up waiting just as long for my shoulder to get better, except I'd be significantly poorer.
