Just reading some BS banter in another thread and was reminded of the time when the Grammar Nazis went wild on the forum and the mods had to contain them.

No it isn't. It is a moden word derived from when minorities were called colored people. I don't like it tbh but whatever. People use it on a constant basis. Why not just say minorities.

Because colored people aren't minorities in Mexico.
