the beef with plankton just kept escalating. i don't think anyone except for the mods know exactly what it was he said that called for the ban, but he's gone for good now whether we like it or not.

I planned on leaving Jan. 1 cold turkey, but decided to wait till the 20th after my Bowie tribute concert, but my sitter bailed on me and so now I'm kind of in limbo as to when to cut the MB cord. It's a working plan, but so far involves weaning myself off until planting season.

You're a bastard. Batty may have had his faults, but he was one of the most interesting people here, one who kept the banter (remember that?) going. I will certainly miss him, even though he slagged the **** out of me.
