Idk, guess im just a bitch.. even in my prime of eating habaneros and eggs for breakfast and the wings at random restaurants where you have to sign a waver.. it never got any easier on the old turdcutter.

So, ked's tired of Tabasco. We're sitting here binging on "Hot Ones", and I'm like, you know what? You need some proper hot sauce.

So lay it on me. What's a good hot sauce for her, other than my baby-batter? Not much hotter than Tabasco to start with. She needs to gauge how hot she can actually handle.

Don't know what your options are like in Japan but try Encona's Peri Peri sauce if you can find it. It's not 'blaze your face off' hot but does have a little kick to it, and has lime in it also. It's really good.

They also do hot pepper sauce which is excellent but tbh that one is actually very hot so don't get that one yet.

I'm sure you'll like the Peri Peri tbh.

If she can take five across the eye when she messes up your sandwich she can take some habanero hot sauce.
