Well, chocolate cheesecake is tolerable. But I have in fact just straight up eaten a piece of chocolate with a slice of cheese (gouda I believe) on top, and it was bearable, but not good at all. I mean, I'm not entirely sure what I expected. I just enjoy combining things which shouldn't be combined when I'm bored is all (which is how I ended up with a disgusting monster of an experimental smoothie yesterday. But I won't get into that)

I don't respect anyone with a pallet so refined that they can't appreciate chocolate cheesecake. Cheesecake is dumb easy to love, and just about any variation is amazing. And anyone who has a contrary opinion can get ebola. All you have to do is taste any kind of cheesecake and decide, "Yeah that's good".
