Don't you feel more tired when you have more hours of sleep as opposed to less? Like, after 3 hours of sleep I feel wide awake and ready to go but if I sleep for more than 6 hours I end up feeling more drowsy and tired.

A super long hot shower after 5 days of busting my ass trying to tear down my home. Contractors will be starting first thing on the 15th to replace carpets, paint walls, laminate floors, replace fixtures, etc. We're investing about $10K but should get about a $30K to $40K ROI.

Right now I'm clean and relaxed but every freaking fiber of my being is sore and/or in pain.
