Don't you feel more tired when you have more hours of sleep as opposed to less? Like, after 3 hours of sleep I feel wide awake and ready to go but if I sleep for more than 6 hours I end up feeling more drowsy and tired.

The first few sips of water when you're really thirsty. And I mean actually dehydrated on a very hot day sort of thirsty not just 'I'll have a drink' sort of thirsty.
