Yes I think you should ban people for using the word f@g, unless it`s an english person saying they`re having a f@g (cigarette) which is a term thats been used for decades.
I also think you should ban people for calling things g@y.

Not because of the reasons you give , but instead for having a lack of imagination to use a real word to describe something.
