Reverse racism
 

"Reverse racism" is bull****. Everyone should have the right to call bull**** on racism. It’s ****ed up that doesn’t apply to whites. I completely understand that rich, powerful white men have been the oppressors and everything historically speaking. However, if we are to end racism, it's the racist views that cause racist action that need to be targeted. And blacks are EQUALLY as guilty of racism as anybody else. They're just given more leeway to be racist against ANY whites, including the innocent whites who did nothing because of jokers like Al Sharpton (black David Duke) and many black entertainers who just help segregate blacks and whites further apart. Granted, you may say whites are usually in a better position to avoid racism and don't have it as hard, but if you think it's NO issue that doesn't need ANY addressing whatsoever, try telling that to a white person who was either a victim of or close to a victim of a hate crime.

Black folks need to start telling each other that generalizing all whites isn’t the answer to help anything. Especially, when they want some whites to listen to them. I’ve held noone down or done anything and hate the same stereotypical powerful corrupt white men as much as anything. More middle-to-lower class whites would listen, if they fessed up to their own racist tudes, instead of acting like their tudes are nuttin but totally and completely PC. Even the media tells them their double standards are acceptable from them. Racism is racism. Period. It’s not more acceptable from black people. So, what’s with the sit now where many of the INNOCENT whites are afraid to call a racist a racist, because someone’ll call them a racist for just defending themselves??!!

EVERY RACE HAS RACISM. Some more stubborn individuals just need to get their heads out their ass and admit it, rather than trying to act superior. Once again, let me reinerate my point. Not that I'm generalizing and saying that all blacks are blatantly racist. It's just that we seem to be telling them that there is nothing wrong with their own double standards of "reverse racism". My bros were robbed last year by two black guys heard using words like "white boy". If anyone knew my bros, it's doubtful he did anything to provoke this, other than white guy- wrong neighborhood- wrong time of night.

Racism SUCKS but two wrongs don't make a right and isn't the answer. **** some of these black leaders today. MLK was a TRUE progressive minded black American who was for judging people on individual merit. Some of these loudmouths today ONLY see skin color. Both sides will be closer to resolution once more "poor" to "middle-class" whites feel safe talking about race issues. Flame away.

I know this isn't a complaints forum and not the place for this. Sorry for ranting. I just HATE people. I haven't really had problems with "chinese , indians , arabs , jews and anything else", though. Just whites, blacks, and Mexicans from experience. I'll quit with the serious **** now. Look, I know I sound angry. I know some of what I said sounded questionable and I could word myself a lot better. Without the anger, though, you don't think there's a double standard for racism against whites here being acceptable because of people bringing up the past? I know there's a difference between racism and being angry at the wrong people, but let me quote someone from another forum here:

I just have an opinion. And my hate wasn't based on "color", just characteristics specific to race here in America. Skin color has nothing to do with it, it's cultural differences and opinion. (They're allowed to be racist- media looks away-says nothing.) If a black guy made a thread talking about racism, I'll be willing to bet that many of you would be on his bandwagon.

And one more quote for the Mexican thing. I realize the past and that this country was based on immigrants, but we gotta stop living in the past and concentrate on now. In theory, we could all go back to Europe, Africa or whatever and give the country back to the Native Americans and everything would be peachy keen. But in reality, it would disrupt things for everybody, as it's not that simple. The following person said it much better than I could.

Give me a break. I brought it up only because there's a double standard for one being completely PUBLICLY ACCEPTED while the other's reviled more often, because people bring up the past like it has anything to do with me other than skin color. That's ALL. I guess noone here agrees. How does that make me a "white supremacist"? By "picking them out"? Wasn't aware I did. I in no way downplayed other sides by simply bringing this up. I also didn't make this term (reverse racism) up. Google it.

I realize that this country was based on "illegal immigrants", but unless everyone but Native Americans moves back and we turn back the clock, we gotta look out for our own best interests of all Americans here now. And as ****ed up as this may sound to you, if we keep letting ILLEGAL aliens come here and encourage them to break this law, it will hurt us in the long run, which is why we gotta have some kinda laws concerning such to keep order and count of how many people come and go. Selfish? Maybe. I feel for them, but we DO have our own poor to worry about, also. And overpopulation and economical troubles will just grow if this is totally unchecked. If I were black, I'd have an objective opinion. I'm white, so I'm a "Supremacist".

And I NEVER hate people because of skin color: ie: racism. I said hate racists (particularly a double standard by Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson and such) and I'm for LEGAL immigration only, because of own American self-interest.

LOL. No, I just believe in living peacefully. You'll never see me in the "I hate this", or "this sucks" thread. It's wasted energy.

I don't really subscribe to any religion. I believe they are all man made interpretations of the Bible. It seems to me, to be told, "You must live within this set of guidelines, or else you won't get to Heaven", well, that seems to mix fear in with faith.

As far as my avatar, yes, it is the Dalai Lama. A peaceful man, one who's work I admire. I've read several of his books, and several on Buddhism in general, and I like the fact that the Buddhist faith isn't a true religion, but a belief system in which there is no "live this way", but a simple tenet of , "Here are the tools you will need for inner peace. Find your path." You can explore what's in you, not be told which way to go.

Of course, these are just my opinions.
