You have 100% full compassion from me dude. It’s heart breaking. It’s really hard to be in this sick ass culture everyday. It’s making us all sick.

It wouldn't be as bad if people understood that it's not just stressful and hard for people that are able to stay home. People who are working have been dealing with these people since it started. We didn't get a break from it. I haven't been able to stay home. Believe me, I'm stoked that I still have a job. But general compassion has definitely taken a back seat.

I'm very happy that business hasn't slowed and the summer heat and humidity is creeping up. Feeling like I'm walking through pea soup while slammed for hours straight is making me very grateful that more people aren't dead. I swear.

What people don’t understand is you’re being murdered either way. I don’t blame you for wishing it was even more deadly if that’s what it would take to save your life.

I was mostly joking ftr. A bit of misplaced malice here and there and... there... and there too... little bit over there as well, but the customers were always idiots and douchebags and COVID is just increasing the exposure to terrible customers rather than creating a brand new situation. I honestly don't know if certain jobs and certain places are getting strangely worse customers than usual or if the overwork is finally overloading workers' phony work persona so they can't ignore the **** I've been raging at for years.

I know you’re half joking but I’m down with the other half. People who think I’m being hyperbolic go work in food service for a couple years and get back to me. They work you until you can’t work and then leave you broken and homeless. It’s a death trap. We need to get frank about the reality of what no sick days, no benefits, close to or at minimimum wage means. It’s a life destroyed.

But it's okay cause those people have kids to carry on their parents' tradition of desperately stiff upper lip wage slavery. Obviously I understand why parents work **** jobs and let their bosses abuse and exploit them cause they need to provide for their kids but god damn, kids learn from their parents' example and when the parents teach that you should give in to exploitation as a virtue the kids most definitely learn that lesson.

My heart goes out to food industry workers. It's bad where I'm at but I give mad respect to food workers and medical workers.

Oh and we were providing free Whoppers to medical workers for like a month but we're done with that now cause the epidemic is over obviously.

Yeah. Once people stop thinking about something, it just vanishes. I've had customers literally tell me that it's a scam and they wont follow policy due to a "breech in your freedom." I then proceed to ask them to leave the store. I ain't getting sick.
