Your Personal Music Hell

Inspired by a comment in another thread, if Hell
Spoiler for for Christians:
existed and
was or is tailored to your own personal hates in terms of music, what would you envisage being forced to listen to for eternity? Obviously with me it would be free jazz with lots of discordant horns, avant-garde experimental nonsense, no-wave, vaporwave, really bad hip-hop and Irish country music. Brrrr!

What do you have against Riverdance?

Trollheart 09-26-2022 12:16 PM

A) what has Riverdance to do with it but as you mention it

It's the music of your people.

I have no problem with much of the music of my people. We gave the world Thin Lizzy, Rory Gallagher and U2. And, um, Boyzone and Westlife. But Irish COUNTRY MUSIC, now that's an equine of an entirely different shading!

Delete yourself as I bask naked and hairy in "Let It Go".

It's cute to hear kids sing it. To hear it over the airwaves time and time again, not so much. I don't want to let it go. I want it to go and never come back!

To answer the question, my personal music hell would be listening to rap from the past 15 years and techno.

Let It Go still gets air time? When it comes to Disney show tunes, this is the the last one I remember popping.

They're better when you combine them.

A work that I really like. It's a shame that we don't come across this type of work more often.

Being trapped inside the grounds of an overcrowded perpetual outdoor music festival, featuring an endless lineup of subpar acts topped off with constant torrential downpours and no alcohol.

What do "normal" clubs play these days?

In a club in hell, the devil is the DJ.

I don't know about everyone else, I'm tired about not talking about Bruno.
