This book is basically about two things: zombies and sex. And yes, sometimes that entails the two together. And the writing is terrible.

Just started this one...as in I'm only two pages in. Reading it for book club.

I've wanted to read it for a long time, because I like her poetry. The pace is seemingly very slow so far, but it's not too bad. I haven't really formed an opinion yet but I do like the way she writes.

I used to love this book as a teenager, I could relate to it so much which is probably why. Though I don't think it does a lot for many other people I know.

The Wisdom of Alexander the Great

I was actually surprised to see that this is advertised as a business book, but it takes a look at Alexander the Great's strategies for conquering most of the Mediterranean and Asia Minor and adapts them for leadership advice. It's actually pretty inspiring and I love reading about Alexander the Great's battles so it's doubly fun as a history book.

I could relate to it in some ways and clearly not others. I think a lot of it is probably easier to relate to and easier to enjoy as a woman but I still enjoyed it. I like being able to develop a better understanding of the way she thinks, and the way she puts some of it into words is just fantastic.

Just finished I Am Legend which I enjoyed immensely, despite the movie.
