Decided to re-read Stephen King's Dark Tower series and hadn't read the first books in years, just started The Drawing of the Three last night. Really looking forward to this one and Wizard and Glass.

Revisiting Audio Culture: Readings in Modern Music - an anthology of experimental music and sound art. Specifically Section VII: Minimalisms.

I'm putting together a feature on a newly-issued retrospective archive in Germany and these texts will provide excellent context of the environment in which the compositions were conceived.

Oh god, put the Star Wars novel down and step away. Even the best books are still second-rate hack jobs. And it all goes downhill fast from there.
