Just bought myself a copy after reading it for the very first time this year. So many wonderful quotes.

I feel like that book is a devotion to all lost childhoods. Especially his dedication page.
Adding in how young the author was when he died, it might be the toughest book I have ever tried to read through when its background is known beforehand.

"the Langoliers" is the best Stephen king short story and it's in Four Past Midnight

novella, rather

The Langoliers is why no matter where I get the inspiration for a story I know it still has the chance to be interesting and worth reading for people. It is probably the only motivational King book I can think of.

Reading the Hunger Games long after it is relevant. It's a fun, fluffy book that portrays some fascinating world building in a highly-accessible youth-friendly package.

As a few of you may be aware I have a project I'm very excited about in the works which I hope to complete and share to my member journal tonight. The adventure brought me a surprise when I found myself yet again at a modest little antique shop which had previously gifted me an original pressing of Parliament Funkadelic's first LP for free.

I was there responding to a Craigslist ad to purchase a writing desk for the new project and once again he threw in at no charge three wonderful James Joyce books! <3

One of my top five novels, and I read it once every year.

We’re like two peas in a pod. He’s my favorite writer.
