There's a 10 issue series called The Wake by Scott Snyder (Court of Owls). One of those series I read the first issue of and thought was cool but got distracted from.

The IU books are campy in old school nerdy sci-fi kind of way and the Alten books are like so bad they’re good.

Just finished Fahrenheit 451... this is a re-read, haven't read it for a decade. Anyway, holy crap...it's social media! It's all about social media!

I'm paranoid lately and it seems to me that things do not go any further, that they stay in the bubble and the bubble is dispersed. It is scattered. It is invisibly besieged in the new internet, this one of the announcements the censors the big monopolies. By twitter the people of twitter are informed by instagram the people of instagram by watsap is more immediate but invasive and not everyone has watsap. By mail it seemed the closest system but now my letters turn out to be massive and stay in "promotions" or "spam". Where are you? How do we do to see each other? How is your network? Do you see? Are you also aware that connections are isolating us or am I going apocalyptic?

Just finished a new Oxford Keynote examining Brian Eno's Ambient 1: Music For Airports by John T. Lysaker, a Professor of Philosophy. Dig my review.
