Nope but I wouldn't mind meetings. I'm about to hit 5 years no alcohol and getting a nice 5 year coin. Day 66 no THC. This book is enough I think, if I get alcohol cravings, just reading the page again helps

I'm just doing what works right now, CBD and caffeine seem to be enough for me. CBD and Caffeine are better than alcohol and THC. Keeping busy after 5pm helps also. Staying productive and having day goals, monthly goals and long term goals has been working for me.

I'll look into real life meetings soon because I may be able to build friendships with sober people.
