brilliant film, the god-awful remake thankfully seems to have sunk without a trace. Anything with Dickie Attenborough gets my vote

Today I watched Slumdog Millionaire and The Pursuit of Happyness. Both were really good.

I loved Keaton in Annie Hall, but she was just an arrogant snob in Manhattan, which is still a great movie IMO.

Based upon the memoirs of John McCarthy and Brian Kennan's kidnapping and imprisoning in the Lebanon in the 80's. A little stagey and budget restrictions don't help but it is very well played by the two main leads (Ian Hart and Linus Roache).

on Mondays, my wife has absolute control over what we watch. i suffered through about half of the Sex and the City movie before i went to bed. ugh.

but Tudsday is my day. i think i'll pick something with zombies and chainsaws to get back at her
