I caught the last hour or so of that on BBC1, and I really liked it as well. My only regret is that I ended up watching Indiana Jones and the Kingdom Of the Crystal Skull on the same channel about an hour later...

I have seen the new indiana once already and I wasn't about to submit myself to another helping today. That film is quite frankly awful.

I was actually going to go into a bit of a rant about how rubbish it was, but I couldn't really be bothered. It was a huge let-down though. Totally unnecessary sequel and a great way to ruin the only consistently-good film trilogy I can think of (even the Temple Of Doom was pretty badass, despite its weaknesses).

Temple Of Doom is actually my favourite! The Last Crusade doesn't really do it for me but I know I am in the minority here.

Agree that we didn't really need this fourth instalment. It just doesn't work at all.

Ha! The Last Crusade's actually my favourite of the bunch. One of my favourite films of all time in fact.

I really liked Temple Of Doom as well. It's just that Kate Capshaw and Jon Ke Quan's supporting characters really, really annoy me every time I see them! The action and stunts makes up for it all though (how can anyone not dig that bit where the bloke gets his heart ripped out?!)

oh man, so many memorable scenes. Some of the people are unbelievable... like the old man at the rodeo. But it's still hilarious.

Just finished watching this for the second time:

Only volume 1 tonight, but it's great. Probably my favorite action movie that I've seen, because it manages to stay awesome and creative while still having Uma Thuman cleaving legions of Japanese people. Hopefully I'll be able to find Vol 2 to watch soon.

i actually like those characters....and would have to put Temple at the top of my list....although i feel there is absolutely no denying the perfect match of Ford and Connery in Crusade

and yeah as hard as i tried to like the 4th it just should have never been made

temple of doom is just so damn hokey.

last crusade had the excellent interplay with connery/ford, and I really enjoyed the flashbacks as well.

Just watched the triology of Star Wars with my Dad started at New Years Eve. Soooo damn good, I am a total geek :p

it is certainly hokey in many ways....but personally i think thats why it appeals to me....i kind of like the almost HG Lewis (not the gore) style horror/humor and i just love the general plot

there is nothing better than spending an entire day watching those films

anyways i just watch Grown Ups

and again got pretty much what i was expecting....some very funny laugh out loud parts intermixed with stupid fart jokes....not really memorable but funny
