I can't believe you had the nerve to ask that. If someone voted anyone besides Boba Fett they should have their head examined.

It's not so much the character itself but what he stands for and his profession. Being a bounty hunter with a jet pack, cool looking armor and being able to hold your own against jedi is pretty damn cool overall. You have to dig deeper into the mythos of Bounty Hunters to really understand how bad ass they are. Sure Boba Fett was a fuck up but overall they are pretty ruthless and have flawless execution. Overall, I really don't like how they portray Bounty Hunters in the movies. They always show them messing up in some capacity.

As opposed to portrayed... somewhere else? The whole Star Wars franchise began and is centered around the films.

As opposed to the novels and everyone else where Bounty Hunters are mentioned. I don't mind if it's canon or not.

Fair enough, I just assumed that this poll would be based on the original Star Wars, i.e. the films :) Therefore when people are voting on characters chances are they are using the film depictions.

I'm explaining the Boba Fett love though. He has a rich background that was never explored on film and should have been at least mentioned

well his cool looking armor is what everyone loved then and was enough to inspire his own fandom.
