Just get a regular old drum key. I tend to switch the top and bottom heads from the toms if they are worm and just replace the snare head.

To tune just use an online guide, although your best bet is just trial and error since there is no right way to do it. Should not b to tight or loose yet needs to sound good to YOU.

Lastly make sure when you actually start the tuning you do it in a star shape, instead of just going in a circular shape. That allows each side of the head to be evenly tightened once your finished. Ask me if you need any more help or a link.

Yeah, someone recommended a drum key to me. The problem is, I'm missing a head, so one of my pieces is already gonna be loose/weird. You can buy heads, right?

yes

Sweet, I'll get on that, so I can drum like Skillet and people on Rockband.

Well I got that tuner. Drum sounds pretty good from tests, but I'll play it tomorrow to see how it sounds, and I'll see if I'm as good as Skillet.

Speaking of Skillet, how bout that 12 Oz. Mouse?
