It always amazes me how many people just didn't like Arrested Development. Not only at the time, but a few of my friends who just couldn't relate to it. World Class show.

Still watching Cougar Town at the moment. It's such an awesome sitcom. Great acting, brilliant writing and such a believable/relatable story line that isn't generic. Highly recommend this to anyone who overlooked it thinking it was just going to be another Desperate Housewives.

I shall be re-watching Garth Marenghi's Darkplace very soon. I just love this show. You can't go wrong with Matt Berry, Richard Ayoade and Matt Holness.

Arrested Development is amazing. I was so excited to hear this ‘Arrested Development’ Season 4 Confirmed as Lead-In to the Movie

As for what I am watching currently, started Supernatural from the beginning and have to catch up on Dexter.

Just watch Breaking Bad and allow itself to consume your being.

I watched the finale to BBC's brilliant four part drama 'Good Cop' on the Iplayer the other night.
The fourth and final episode had earlier been taken from the air because of its similar themes to the recent double murder of police women in Manchester.

I'm quite a fan of cop shows, and this one was really good.
Gritty and deep, it tells the story of John-Paul Rocksavage's descent into desperation after the murder of his colleague and friend Andy, and Rocksavage's obsession with bringing those guilty to justice.

Although I felt the last episode was a little flawed in that it strayed from the plot of the first three episodes and left a few loose ends, the series was the best drama I've seen the beeb produce in quite some time.

Anyone else watch it?

Yeah, I watched the first two episodes then noticed that the last one had not been recorded! Thought I'd missed it but now I see it was just delayed, probably due to what you said above. Now I have the last two to watch.

To be honest, I thought it was ok but in terms of being something different I kind of didn't really see it. It got a little predictable near the end of the second ep and I kind of thought so what? Maybe it gets better in the second half, I'll be watching it soon and will let you know.

I did think the casting was a little off: I thought Rob Jarvis was playing both the parts of the CID guy and the scumbag criminal: don't you think they look a bit similar? So I couldn't believe it when he turned up as the CID officer and thought "that's a twist". But it wasn't, just coincidence.

Meh. So far. If you want to see a really good cop drama I'd recommend the first two Rebus stories, "Messiah" and "Messiah II" (there were two more but it got a bit silly after those) and also "Red Riding", seriously one of the most disturbing dramas I've ever watched.
