Is it wrong that Im a guy and yet really loved Whip It?
 

I mean I got a real buzz from seeing the Ellen Page charcter (Bliss) go from slightly awkward "not enjoying my life at all" teen to badass roller derby babe.

I mean I guess this movies target market is dissaffected indie/emo/goth teen/early 20s girls and yet I loved every minute of it.

Please tell me Im not alone :)

Im usually the lasher rather than the lashee, but I'll give it a go with my riding crop :)

but seriously I did like it mainly for the roller derby scenes

I liked it :). What I can remember of it anyway.

Well I guess I just seen the whole movie through the trailer.
And it wasn't bad to watch. But that's probably not becuase the movie is that good :D.

Yea, she seems like a likable person. I thought she was pretty funny in Juno.

It had hawt girls, who didn't like it amirite?
But yeah, good movie.

ellen paige is overrated.

ellen paige is a good actress but she does nothing for me...I don't find her attractive at all

I don't think Whip it was "bad" at all, the acting was capable, the there was a decent level of humour and the whole piece had great heart in my opinion.

it's only a compliment if the person saying it likes Ellen, if not then take it as an insult.

plus you at least look your age, she doesn't
